Invasion of the ... camels?? Austalian authorites are coralling about 6000 camels with helicopters and they gun them down after they overran a small Outback town in search of water, trampling fences, smashing tanks and contaminating supplies. Well sheesh - think about how much spit they use to throw up, of course they're looking for water.
You have to admit - these kind of news stories are refreshing compared to the ones in the headlines this morning.
In case you didn't know, the President decided to send more troops to Afghanistan (whether or not you support the Presidents decision - support the Troops and their families), Tiger Woods got into a car accident all by himself (really? who cares?), the White House party crashers are meeting with Matt Lauer on Today (really? who cares?), four officers in Seattle were killed and the suspect is dead and somehow Mike Huckabee is involved, there's a movement in California (big surprise) to ban divorce and hurricane season is over.
I'll stick with the weird news thank you. The headlines above are either depressing or I don't care about them.
